About UpAllNightMovies

Have you come here for professional movie reviews and discussion? Boy do I have some disappointing news for you, as you won’t find them here.

Created in the long forgotten shadow of USA Network’s “Up All Night” TV series, comes Up All Night Movies (UANM). A website about movies throughout the years that couldn’t win an Oscar if you put them in a den of reviewers with $1,000 hanging from their film reels.

We’re going to focus, on the bad, the hilariously bad, the cult, the camp, the trashy and even the awful movies with focus on general discussion, reflective thoughts, riffing, skewering, mocking, and downright enjoying whenever possible.

Not only will we put all of that onto your screen, but when possible we’ll also provide links to services where you can watch yourself. Current streaming service availability includes TubiTV, Amazon Prime, Shudder, and Netflix. Rating system to be determined later, if at all.

An early and ever evolving list of movies presently planned for the future can be found at the watchlist page.

Feel free to reach out with suggestions (with streaming options, where possible) and we’ll look into checking it out.

Let’s see how fast this thing can go as I try to become the Hard Harry of Trash Cinema, blogcast journalist extraordinaire.

About Gilbert Shear

My story? Okay. It was never easy for me. I was born a middle class white child. I remember the days, sittin’ in the theater with my family, munchin’ and riffin’ down at Sundance.

My love of film truely took off after a brief stint on Magic 93.7 Radio in the rural midwest.
